Return and Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Skincare and IKEA products cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned,IKEA products and beauty items, including skincare, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
